  I have been taking both Pilates Reformer classes and Yoga from Faye Rose for the past two years and it's been a life changing experience for me. Faye is an excellent teacher who combines her years of knowledge and experience of yoga and Pilates with caring, energy and great music, making every class a joy to attend. With Faye's help, I've learned how to improve my core strength and lessen the daily stress of a busy life. I am stronger, leaner and much healthier than I've been in years!

  FAYE IS AMAZING!!!
  
  Before I tried this studio: I only recently tried Pilates on the reformer while recovering from foot surgery (so I have some special needs as I rebuild muscle and get stronger). I had gone to 4 sessions at 2 other studios before this (in LA and Austin). I was liking how I could immediately start to feel the workouts tone my body, but was on the fence about how mentally engaging and motivating the sessions were (practically the same exact routine all four times), and its too expensive to be on the fence.
  
  Then I went to Pilates Reformer at Art & Soul Yoga.
  
  Faye's classes are always a surprise because she has a slue of exercises and really mixes it up for a great full body work out - the hour flies by. I've only gone a few weeks but I haven't been to the same class twice. She plays motivating music which I found to be joyfully unique. She promotes yoga stretches in between so even though you SWEAR you'll be sore after the workout, you really aren't. And Faye is super sweet to boot. I wish she could move with me out to Seattle because I don't know how I'm going to find a studio I like as much as Art & Soul Yoga :(

  I started learning yoga last year, and Faye has made it a wonderful and life-changing experience for me. She's great for beginners, giving clear and thoughtful instructions, that allow you to make the poses work for you. And she's great for experienced students, giving advanced options during her class, as well as introducing new poses to those who want to expand their practice. Each class is a great experience. I love the energy she creates during her sessions. She takes the time to learn about each individuals needs, and then makes you feel a part of the whole class. Thanks Faye!

  I have tried a couple of different yoga studios in the surrounding area for prenatal yoga, and this is definitely the best! She keeps the intensity up, while making sure we get the deep relaxing stress relief needed! She doesn't baby us, but actually makes sure we're getting some strength training in and preparing us for delivery. The other moms I've met through here love her as well, as several have been coming here for more than one pregnancy!

  I highly recommend Art and Soul Yoga and Pilates and Faye Rose. I have been a client for almost 5 years. Faye is the best. She keeps our classes fun and tough at the same time. I usually take Pilates twice a week and I have also attended Yoga. Both are exceptional! The studio is comfortable and welcoming.
