(July 8, 2023, 10:25 am)Went through the drive-through… The online ordering system isn’t quite up and ready yet they’re working on it… Such a friendly person at the window answered all my questions… There was nobody behind me so I took a vantage a little bit… The chai tea is the best I’ve ever had… I haven’t had their actual coffee yet just two trips for the chai tea which is so much better than Starbucks… I had a grilled cheese pretzel and it was delicious. I will be a regular customer.

(June 25, 2023, 2:57 pm)Absolutely love this place. I have sat inside for lunch and have had drive thru. Staff is always helpful and efficient. Clean, food is good, coffee is awesome but has not been consistent, sometimes it's super strong.

(June 16, 2023, 6:36 am)Service wonderful, first time visit. Staff explained Drinks, preferred drinks and staff picks. Provided a menu and displayed patience while I made a selection.
Coffee that staff recommended was delicious as well as the hash browns. -

(April 2, 2023, 9:58 am)Very excited to see a new coffee franchise come to Waterbury, I accidentally crashed their friends and family day (and they were closed on top of that, but they still served me!) so I couldn't grab a coffee, but I was able to leave with a strawberry banana smoothie which was very good, wasn't cloyingly sweet nor too tart. Location is convenient and not in one of the very complicated plaza layouts in the area. Strongly recommend.
