(February 8, 2023, 3:23 pm)I had a knee replacement in September 2022. Prior to my surgery I went to Armonk PT to look at the facility. I met Patricia,
the office manager and was very impressed. The office is very well equipped and I observed the therapists working one on one with the clients. She explained how the office was run and I was scheduled for my PT appointments beginning 1 week after my surgery with Christine . I would like to add that I am a physical therapist with over 45 years of experience and I am still active and working in my profession. I had 3 sessions of home care PT and began out patient PT . I would give Armonk PT a 5 star rating in all areas. Christine is a dedicated PT who is highly skilled in all areas of her profession. She is a caring therapist who is always striving to do her best with her patient. She has the expertise to know when to encourage you to do your best and analyze your strengths and weaknesses in order to formulate an appropriate treatment plan. The owner of the practice, Rob is always present supervising and supporting his staff. I am now 6 months post surgery and have full range of motion, no pain or stiffness and I am able to walk 4+miles with no difficulty. (January 13, 2023, 10:45 am)Rob Fay and the entire team at Armonk Physical Therapy are truly unbelievable. I have had a couple major injuries over the last 5 years. Blew out my knee and herniated discs in my upper back. Before a friend had recommended Armonk PT, I had visited a couple PT’s in the area and was frustrated to find that there was often 1 therapist working with 2 or 3 patients at the same time. Doing exercises on my own or riding a bike until they circled back to me was simply not going to help me get through my rehab in the manner I needed. I could do that at home. The 1 v 1 attention you receive at Armonk PT is so important and Rob and the whole team have a knowledge and experience that is simply unparalleled to any PT I have ever visited in the past. They are amazing and I have recommended their services to many friends and family members over the years.

(January 4, 2023, 8:58 pm)I've been to Armonk PT over the years for various ailments. They are truly excellent and first class professionals. You get one hour with one therapist, not like some places where your therapist is taking care of three people at the same time.
In the last 18 months, I've worked with Mary Beth Woods. About 18 months ago for a painful sciatica problem that just wouldn't go away. And more recently for post-op PT for a total knee replacement. She is awesome. But I believe you will be happy with any physical therapist at Armonk PT. Rob runs a very professional, competent organization. -

(December 27, 2022, 6:26 pm)The therapists at Armonk Physical Therapy are the best - I’ve made great strides with John Connolly and Jasmin Gashti over the last 2 months. They’ve worked with me so that I have now resumed my normal daily routine. My bum knee feels so much better and I’ve improved my overall physical strength. I’m lucky to have found Armonk Physical Therapy!
