  Thank you to all the staff in the Oak wing who took such good care of my mother. I wish I could name everyone. When people do things well you don't always remember. My mom is 89 and spent 9 days at JFK where she wasn't improving. I was not convinced about the move to Cedar Oaks. My family and I were so scared. She improved every day and I had 15 days to watch you all work. Thank you to Victor and Aron in PT. Thank you to Susan and countless others. Even if someone was moping the floor we would speak and I felt recognised. When It's your loved one it all means everything. From our family and my mom we are so grateful.

  My husband had a heart bypass and infection which resulted in his being and out of the hospital and the Oak Unit (cardiac care) of Aristacare for 3 1/2 months. The staff at Aristacare was attentive, kind, caring, and genuinely interested in his welfare. The nurses were very professional, and seemed to always have his best interests in mind. The progress he made in physical therapy was truly amazing - the staff have a great attitude toward the patients, pushing them when needed and encouraging them to do more as they healed. We had some glitches with the food since we felt he would have done better with a more heart healthy diet, but overall we were very happy with the care, cleanliness, and ambience of the building. We have already recommended AristaCare to other friends for their family members

  Rosemary social worker was very helpful at getting all the needed services for me to go home. The occupational and physical therapy staff were very motivating- they didn't let me give up. They worked very good together to help keeping me moving. Mary kept me going by cheering me on. Bill, Jonathan and the whole team really helped me get through this time. The nursing staff was also very helpful, Tejal was very attentive. I was always happy when I saw her because I knew I was in good hands. Nellie treated me like I was a family member. She was very attentive and helpful! Bevi my nurse was amazing!! The cleaning lady in the morning came in every morning asking how i was doing and doing her work with pride. Thank you all!!!

  We transferred mom to AristaCare from JFK Hospital after she recovered from almost 2 weeks being on Ventilator in ICU.
  With excellent Physical Therapy staff (particularly Akanksha, Neha, Aaron, Isabella and Mary) and good Nursing staff (particularly Paulene and Megan from CNA and Christine from the Charge Nurse), mom was able to recover very fast.
  They can do better with late night shifts as they are not able to cope up with multiple patients needing help and staff is limited.
  Mudrika has been excellent right from the first time tour of facility to all the way till my mom was discharged.
