  Starting going here a couple months ago, best decision I’ve made. I made incredible progress and have learned so much. Tim has taught me some incredible things and worked with me Specifically on what my goals were. Great environment, and amazing gym. They have high technology that showed me specifically what I’ve improved on in each body part. Highly recommend for anyone looking for specific training, Laura and Tim are both body builders themselves so working with trained professionals helped me out a lot.

  I have been training with Arforse for almost 3 months and my experience has only been positive :) LOVE Tim and Laura- I have learned so much from them and have already seen improvement in my personal strength!!

  I started training with Laura Chapman 2 weeks ago after being quarantined for 4 months and halting my workouts that I had been doing for the last 1 1/2 years. I still worked out on my own but it wasn’t the same. Since I have been training with Laura, my body is slowly getting back to where it used to be. Laura has been instrumental in helping me get stronger and healthier. She is patient with me, always giving me pointers on how to improve myself, dedicated to helping me get healthy and always professional. She has an extreme amount of knowledge in weightlifting and is always careful about making sure my form is correct to avoid any injury to my body.
  
  Athleta Fitness Studio is always clean and sanitized and I feel comfortable going there to workout. They take every security measure to make sure you feel safe. I am so glad to be part of their Studio. I have only been a client for a short time but they have made me feel like a part of their family.

  I have had memberships at all the big gyms and also various kinds of personal training and nothing compares to training one-on-one with Tim and Laura. They offer completely personalized training, nutritional advice, and motivation all in one immaculate studio which just gets the best results. They are passionate and fun and truly care about their clients which makes a huge difference in the results. Warning: once you go to Athleta you will find it very difficult to go to a "regular" gym again.

  Tim is a master at his craft. Professional, supportive and motivating. When I first started going to his studio, I had a back injury that limited my ability to work. Within two weeks of training with him, I had virtually no back pain. Within a month I was able to increase my work load. It has now been two years and both my husband and I train with Tim and Laura weekly, and it has improved our quality of life beyond measure in a way that no other program or gym ever has. If you are looking to get fit, increase stamina, decrease pain from injury, get mentally focused and motivated in a private, supportive setting with trainers who safely and professionally guide you to reach your fitness goals, then this is the place for you !
