  Arete is like no other gym out there. I have been to many gyms in the past but never had the individual attention that Arete gives. I had surgery and had limitations the coaches never disappoint. They are professional, highly skilled, caring and enjoy helping people no matter the age or the limitations. It’s not just a gym it’s a place that promotes health, well being and is focused on their clients surpasses any gym I have been to . Thank you Sean for your commitment to your clients and to all the awesome coaches you have to commit to your vision!

  I've been a member for a little over a year now and wish I'd found Arete sooner! The classes are challenging and the people are motivating. The coaches are attentive and encourage you to give your best, while making sure you maintain good form. It's such a welcoming community for people at all levels, and the coaches provide variations to make things more challenging, less challenging and offer alternatives when something isn't working for you. the best!

  This place changed my life!!! I’ve always gone to the gym but got easily overwhelmed when it came to coming up with workouts & what to do. Being at a gym with a lot of people caused me a lot of anxiety. Arete is like family! The trainers are amazing. They make a point to welcome any newcomer & make them feel comfortable. Everyone is so encouraging & I have the most fun, even @ 5:30 in the morning. I’ve never felt so good about myself and starting the 6 week challenge was the best thing I ever did!! Love this place, I could go on for days.

  Great trainers. Sean is really good and pushes you to do your best! Friendliest gym staff I’ve ever encountered! They have class times for us early birds too!

  Been coming here for over a month now and I absolutely love it. The workouts are well thought out and really challenge you, all the coaches are incredible and help you be the best version of yourself. You can tell how much all the staff really care about you and your overall well-being. Even during tough workouts the classes are still fun and we all enjoy a few good laughs every class. I only wish I found Arete earlier. Highly recommend to anyone!
