  The staff and I mean all staff, nurses, aides, dining room, the cafe people, cleaning, PT, OT, the hairstylist, the blonde hair girl who is in the community room and the woman who comes around and gave out the gazette. I apologize if I forgot someone.
  I can't thank you ENOUGH.
  I want to mention also all receptionists are a welcoming sight. They need their own music at their desks. 😁

  Staff and medical personnel are very professional and caring towards visitors and patients. Would recommend to check the place out.

  ArchCare at Ferncliff Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center is located near Rhinebeck, NY. A relative was in rehab there for a few weeks so we visited a few times. The facility was in the process of an update with new floors and fresh paint. The areas that were completed looked very nice. There are common areas as well as private rooms for one or two people. Our relative was VERY pleased with the physical and occupational therapy during her stay. The physical therapy department is well equipped. The facility continues to test visitors for COVID to keep their staff and residents healthy.
