Henson is arguably the best gunsmith in the state, and his wealth of knowledge, professionalism and friendliness has made my trips to Arcana nothing short of awesome.
Will has, without a doubt, gone above and beyond with his customer service. I can’t thank him enough for helping me navigate through the dumpster fire that is CT’s firearm laws. Like Henson, his knowledge and professionalism has made for a great experience, and because of that I plan on happily giving my business to Arcana for the foreseeable future. -

I walked in last week, being relatively new to gun ownership and a little intimidated after going into other shops with all of the options and all of CTs restrictions. However as soon as I start talking with them, I was put at ease immediately. I told them what I was looking for and how much I was looking to spend. They showed me multiple options and explained to me how each one differs from the other. Also, they never once pressured me into spending over my budget which I really appreciated. I had several questions about what makes their firearms legal. They were super informative and left me with no questions. Another thing that I really appreciated was their 90 day layaway policy, which I took advantage of. Overall, I could not be more happy and satisfied with with my experience at Arcana. I have already recommended them to multiple people and will continue going back there myself. Whether you're a first time buyer that needs some guidance and info, or someone more experienced, looking into getting something more customized, they do it all and I would highly recommend them.

As soon as the owners read my review, they contacted me and were unaware of the problem they let me know that it would be corrected immediately and it was. I tried to modify my review but for some reason google will not allowed me to. The service I have received from them was excellent and I consider the problem I had a small glitch that was corrected as soon as they were aware of it. I now consider their service to be excellent and am highly recommending them. Their selection is awesome and the service is second to none!
Please ignore the first review as I stated for some reason Google will not let me modify or remove that review.
