  My father-in-law has been in memory care at Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury for about a month, and my wife and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience, and, I think more to the point, relieved. We initially had him in an assisted living residence for close to four months, and let's just say that didn't work out. We quickly realized he needed more care than the previous residence provided, and thus began searching for somewhere with high-quality memory care. After checking some places out, we settled on Arbor. We dealt with Laura Milo through the entire process, and quite frankly, she was herself one of the selling points. What a wonderful, caring, easy-to-communicate-with lady. It's easy to see that she truly loves her job and working there, and we figured if someone like her would love working there, then the place must be something special. I can tell you at this point that that turned out to be 100% true. The rest of the staff has been kind, friendly, helpful, and very understanding in every respect and at every turn. Joann and Brittani in memory care (the director and nurse, respectively) have been wonderful and very easy to communicate with. This is no small thing to say coming from me, as I believe my wife had been a bit on the neurotic side initially with a lot of things due to our previous experience, but they absolutely made us feel at ease at every turn. There have been a few issues... some bigger than others... within this first month regarding my father-in-law's condition, and with each thing they've made us feel as comfortable as they could and communicate very clearly and promptly (which is really important to me). My father-in-law has been partaking in activities, making friends, and engaging in a way he didn't at the previous residence, and our stress level regarding he safety has decreased dramatically over the course of the past month. For all of those things, and all of the people working at Arbor who sincerely care, we are both extremely grateful.

  I recently moved my aunt into Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury and couldn’t be happier. The staff are caring and enthusiastic. The management team are there to answer any questions. I’m very happy with this decision.

  Beautiful building with friendly staff. The food is delicious and the residents are always involved in activities. Everyone seems happy. I highly recommend Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury!!!

  Its a beautiful environment but what really matters is that they take care of the residents so very well. I'm a family member and have found the staff to be very responsive to my questions and concerns and very caring withe my loved one. I'm very comfortable leaving him there for days without visiting to check on him. We are lucky he is there.
