  Donna Salvati and all of the staff at Arbor Terrace Roseland are as Professional and Caring as they come. I have worked with healthcare professionals now for 37 years as a Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Manager in Medical and Healthcare Market Places and have met scores of people in varied businesses. My hat is off to all those I have met at Arbor Terrace Roseland...especially Donna Salvati. I would recommend this facility highly for a loved one to live.

  I have the pleasure of being a vendor at Arbor Terrace Roseland. The staff are kind, caring and committed to compassionate care. The building is beautiful and clean. Management are not just people who sit behind the desk I frequently see them engaged with residents and families. It’s truly an intimate place for adults as they age to still have independence, age in place and receive the dignity every person deserves throughout their life.

  My parents relocated to Arbor Terrace from another AL facility. We needed to relocate them for several reasons. Upon reaching out to Arbor Terrace, Ingrid immediately made me feel welcome and was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. We arranged for a visit with my parents and the staff was very accommodating. They made my parents and all my siblings feel that Arbor Terrace is a wonderful facility.
  
  After moving my parents, which was made easier through all the help of the staff, my parents felt welcomed. Several staff members made individual visits to them to welcome them personally. This was very comforting and re-assuring to my parents.
  
  My parents have enjoyed there two months so far at Arbor Terrace and my siblings and I feel very welcome every time we visit them. The staff is very knowledgeable about their wellbeing and is very helpful in allowing us to move them around.
  
  Thank you Arbor Terrace, you have a wonderful staff and a great outlook on how to manage the elderly in an Assisted Living Facility.

  My Mom has been a resident at Arbor since June 2019. I knew the first time I walked in that Arbor was special. The staff is amazing. I know she is cared for and made to feel at home. The aides and nursing staff know her and her needs. They make her laugh. When I visit (and I visit often), they touch base with me and keep me informed of everything. I know she is more than just safe--she is happy! Kate, Kerry, on the memory ward and Marie behind the desk go above and beyond. I am very happy with everything at Arbor Terrace in Roseland!!!!

  The outside looks like a modern townhome which certainly helps in reinforcing the fact it is a home to many. Moving inside, the staff is where the rubber meets the road and by far exceeds expectations. From figuring out dining groups to daily basic needs it is all done with a smile while protecting residents dignity. The connection to family is also an important aspect and is very helpful to receive app notifications when family members participate in activities or require more supplies. For what appears to be complex situation to a family like Thanksgiving, Joy and her staff easily overcame a longer than anticipated visit by ordering in meals to the room giving the resident much happiness. Donna and her staff made paperwork and physical arrangements a breeze with likeminded organization skills which exceed family expectations.
