  During a recent and sudden change in my father’s health, we as a family went to Arbor Terrace, Mt., Laurel for accommodations. From day one the staff has been very friendly, and knowledgeable and kept my family informed as to the progress of our application. Each time I visit, the staff is always friendly and smiling. I have to mention director Punam and Judy at the front desk. It’s very comforting, knowing that when I walk through the doors, you both know me by my first name, which is a very nice personal touch. Support staff is also very active as many of my visits, I witnessed residents engaging in social activities, such as games and exercising. As far as the facilities, the building is kept clean inside and out. Maintenance staff helped with moving in to my fathers room which was much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and bright with the latest amenities. Staff is timely in room cleaning and laundry services. Parking is never a problem. and the facility is conveniently located about a minute from Rt295. Overall, I rank the facility and staff with five stars. I would recommend Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel to anyone. Thank you for job well done.

  Arbor terrace is a 5 star facility with a professional staff and employees that care. My parents are treated with dignity and respect by the staff and they make me feel like I am part of their family. I would like to thank Punam and everyone there for all they do. I recommend arbor terrace to all whose loved ones are we n a similar situation as my family.

  We moved my parent to arbor terrace Mt laurel a little over a year ago. It has been a great experience. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. And everyone always has a smile on their faces. From Punam to Judy to Amanda and Amanda’ Christine joe flora and everyone else. Whenever I have a question it is quickly taken care of. My parents are happy and we are happy they are where they are.

  Arbor Terrace delivers benchmark level care and service to all of the residents. Judy and Judy at the front desk are absolutely the best! Punam always delivers top notch level care and always keeps us informed. She is truly an asset to the Mount Laurel facility. We appreciate the opportunity to have our parents in such great hands!! This facility is second to none. Clean,Profesional,top quality meals and food service.

  Arbor terrace is a beautiful building full of many wonderful people. The people there have so much fun and truly care for their job. The staff is personal with everything they do and really take take the time the residents need to help them.
