(July 30, 2023, 7:41 pm)Our neighbor was taking care of our pool while we were on vacation & disconnected the plug on our Dolphin & bent the prongs. I brought the Dolphin down to Aquatic & Annie & Marcel were quick to assist. Annie tested my water while Marcel was able to reposition the prongs on the plug. I was on my way in no time. This level of customer service is rare today & Annie & Marcel earned a Aquatic new longtime customer. Thank you Annie & Marcel!!!

(June 29, 2023, 11:40 am)The few times I write a review, I think of Southpark Yelp Episode... Anyway, I had to review this time. After a Deployment overseas last year, my Pool was neglected to say the least, and when I opened it this year, the water was in very rough shape. It was Green/blackish and looked like a glowing nuclear reactor. I came in with a water sample and took the recommendations of chemicals and procedures that the team provided me. Within two days, my water was almost perfectly clear. Awesome Staff for sure and it will be the only Pool store I go to from now on.

(May 17, 2023, 12:43 pm)Have been using Aquatic now for 3 years. They have always been good and fair but today they truly showed how awesome of a company they really are. Got home to my pool acting weird and the pump bouncing up and down with pressure. Once I opened filter to clean water started to overflow and would not stop. I called in a panick and they sent Marcel right over and he not only helped me out but also explained why this happened and how I need to fix it in the future.
Marcel, Dan, and Jose are hands down the best service team I've ever dealt with.
