(June 12, 2023, 5:52 pm)The employees and service at Aqua-Soft are phenomenal! They came to help with issues with our water softener for our well water today. We had an issue shortly after they left, which resulted in water in our basement (which wasn't the fault of Aqua Soft). They came back and helped resolve the issue quickly and professionally. They were extremely kind, quick, and helped explain everything that was going on. We are so thankful and satisfied with their work today. We will definitely be calling them for any water treatment work that we need done in the future.

From designing the proper system based on my needs for household water and irrigation, to installation and recommended servicing, I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. They have been the best.

(September 24, 2019, 2:16 pm)I live well north of where Aqua Soft services their customer base, so they are unable to perform the work on my home. While this was established at the start of the call, I spoke to Greg, who was extremely generous with his time. He guided me on what options and filter systems I should consider for lead reduction / removal in my home. He even gave me a target price to be aware of, for whoever I end up hiring. It's so appreciated that he shared his knowledge, knowing he wasn't going to be taking the job. That just seems so rare in this day and age. I only regret not being able to hire them.
