  I rarely write reviews, but I want everyone to have the a great experience during the stressful time of buying/selling a home. My agent was Jay Arias with Alliance Property Solutions, and swear to you I hit the jackpot when he was assigned to my difficult relocation (closing the Friday before Christmas). Jay is hands down the best agent I have had the pleasure of doing business with throughout 5 sales, and 5 purchases in my lifetime. My situation was time critical, and extremely difficult with a relocation from Texas. There is without question no one that could have did a better job for me than Jay. I truly cannot say enough about him and his above and beyond approach, positive attitude, and work ethic. Do yourself a favor if your in the market and use Jay, you will be beyond impressed!

  We couldn't have asked for more! We were looking for a quick exit from the Philadelphia area as we already had purchased a house in North Carolina and wanted to move as soon as I was able to retire. My aunt referred me to Alliance Property Solutions to see if they could help and that they did! I called them and was able to schedule an appointment where they provided me with a free consultation and did a walk through of my property. Shortly afterwards, they provided me with several options to choose from and they walked us through the whole process, every step of the way. If you need to sell your property fast, Alliance Property Solutions is the best way to go!
