The representative who delivered my equipment was very professional and informative. He set up all the equipment, then was excellent at explaining their operation and patient to answer all my questions. I was very impressed with his service, and I told him so!

Normally, you have an in person orientation with a technician, but because I was away, the machine had to be shipped to me and I had to handle things myself along with telephone support. I was surprised at how easily lt went, as the app guides you through everything pretty nicely. One telephone call to resolve an air leak problem quickly and easily, and I was using the machine. It is comfortable, and I am adapting quickly.
