You can first enjoy a concentrated aloe drink (plain, cranberry,tangerine, or my favorite mango)
Then a tea of your choosing. Many flavors to pick from, but I like adding the mango aloe to a raspberry tea. Consume hot or cold.
Then after the tea, enjoy a protein shake- my personal favorite combo - strawberry + cookies n cream.
I got to relax and enjoy the cozy vibe from the plants and lights and decoration inside. Definitely feels like a home away from home.
Alejandra was great and also inspired some meaningful conversation. If I weren’t so far I’d visit a lot more often. Highly recommend
