  Professional, courteous staff. Not only cheaper than anything online, but had in stock the part I needed and I was able to pick it up and install it in a matter of couple of hours instead of having to wait for a delivery.

  Although I did not end up doing business with this store, it is good to know it exists. The gentleman behind the counter, Sal seemed fairly helpful. I can see how from his responses he can seem unhelpful if you did not do the heavy lifting and research before knowing what you need and want.
  
  I also am unsure why there are comments about price gouging, they seemed to have prices that are comparable to what is available on the market, if not cheaper even if you can't get the part right away.
  
  If I did need a part, I'd probably check here first. All and all, I'd be skeptical of the other reviews here until You talk to the people who work here.
  
  Also, they have a pretty cool giant bell at the front desk! :)

  Good Guy, nice to be able to speak with someone . Always offers free advice and help.
  All the complainers scour the internet for the lowest price, then call the local guy who pays for a brick and mortar store and works to procure the original equipment part. Pay a couple of bucks more and support a local store, or be happy sitting home, waiting for your incorrect knock off part to come on the Amazon Truck.
