Always positive reinforcement with explanations on any corrections needed for clearer understanding. The horses are excellent for learning and excelling, and all have great personalities!

(October 30, 2020, 6:41 pm)Cimarron Ranch is a great place to learn how to ride. Leigh Haywood is a phenomenal instructor who is very versed in horses and teaching! The horses are wonderful, friendly and kind. Well worth the trip!

(September 30, 2013, 7:43 pm)We took a trail ride with a lesson from amazon local and although the terrain is a bit rocky, the instructors did a great job providing instruction to make is feel safe enough to take the actual trail ride. The lesson was thorough and the trail ride fun. I felt confident after the lesson that we would be able to control the horses. The place need a little work but from what i understand it is very old and has come a long a way according to what they showed us. Over all it was a fun, relaxing experience and i cannot wait to go back. Thank you staff of cimarron ranch.
