(August 4, 2023, 2:35 pm)We recently had a big construction project completed by Dan Apgar and Apgar Construction LLC that included; a 3 season room addition, a new back deck, new siding on the second story along with new windows, a new roof and gutters, a new front walk with lawn grading and new front steps and railing. Dan and his crew showed up faithfully, consistently and did quality work. Each and every building inspection passed first time through. Dan was great with keeping communication lines open. Anytime we had a question or concern he responded quickly and kept us in the loop as the work progressed. I highly recommend Apgar Construction and plan to hire them for our next project.

My husband and I couldn't be any happier with the end results. Dan and his team were consistently reliable/communicative, knowledgeable and thorough, genuinely listened/worked with us as things came up, and provided quality and exceptional work. To sum it up, Dan truly cares about his brand and company, and he will certainly be our go-to contractor for future renovations. He was willing to listen to our suggestions and gave terrific feedback as well as his own suggestions. Dan was a thorough professional from the contractor selection, through the job and final details. He was constantly on site and available. I can't say enough about the quality and timeliness of Dan and his associates work.

(May 15, 2019, 8:02 pm)I designed an entire condo renovation for a 1980’s wreck of a unit in an 1800’s building. We found some rot and structural issues that Dan and his team corrected. The final condo is amazing and I’m often asked who did the work because it’s so beautifully done. Dan is very easy to work with, responds and doesn’t take on more work than he can handle. He and his team are all professionals.

I have asked him for numerous requests on work he "never did before" and it has always been done to an excellent standard. Dan thinks through the project and discusses his thoughts, concerns, ideas. If I have an idea he usually expands on it and makes it even better then I thought possible. I highly recommend Dan to anyone who asks. He is honest, reliable, and just a great person to work with.
