(November 2, 2022, 6:51 pm)I worked out with Anthony for 6 months and have to say been nothing but satisfied with his approach and his attitude. He helped me with my form and helped me perform to my best ability. He also been mindful of how I’m moving and pushing myself. I highly recommend working out with him a lot and he has his own gym so there aren’t any distractions from other gym patrons. I have seen the gains with my arms and with my leg strength!

Not only do I physically feel good, but Anthony helps train my brain - empowerment is a big part of the training, as is nutrition. It the best is the actual kick-butt-ness that we feel leaving Anthonys! It is NOT a gym, it is a one-on-one small group training. (During COVID-19, it is one household at at time.)

I've been a client of Anthony's since December of 2018 and I have gained so much more than muscle from working with him! My confidence, energy level, knowledge of fitness and motivation have all increased tremendously. He has taught me the value of taking care of my mind along with my body. I started out going three days a week and increased to five after a couple of months. He is so knowledgeable and knows each individual threshold and can gauge the workout that's best fit for each client! He's so passionate about his career and it shows! If you are looking for the best in the biz, stop scrolling and swiping because you've landed on it...right here!
