They really looked out for our best interest, and at closing George made the excessive paperwork a breeze to understand and we got through signing in what felt like no time at all. (April 13, 2023, 9:48 am)We're repeat customers and couldn't be happier with the high caliber of service we've received from Annunziata & Asllani. We've worked with Francesca and George on two challenging real estate transactions.
The first transaction involved purchasing a cooperative from an estate at the height of the pandemic. Ongoing issues with the pandemic, the estate and title made this cooperative almost impossible to close with a conventional mortgage. However, Francesca was able to handle the impossible and get our cooperative closed when we needed it.
Our most recent transaction involved purchasing a real estate owned home from a bank which presented its own unique set of challenges and a stringent timeline for closing. George was able to get issues with title cleared in time for us to close within 28 days of going into contract.
We can't say enough about Francesca and George. We will use them again and recommend you hire them for all of your real estate needs. -
