  Excellent program that has helped me personally as well as professionally. Dr. Becourtney is a compassionate and caring dr. that works with his patients in one-on-one or group settings. I didn't think I would be able to change after all these years but was able to control my anger in a more positive and constructive way.

  Dr. Becourtney is extremely easy to work with. He is a nice person who cares about his patients. The group sessions helped me realize that I am not alone. No one judges and it’s a very comfortable environment to talk things out. I needed to fix myself, and with the help of Dr. Becourtney, I feel like I am well on my way. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to resolve anger issues.

  I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Dr. Lyle Becourtney for over ten years. Dr. Becourtney is an expert in the field of anger management. He works with his teen and adult clients in both individual and group settings all while providing his clients with a safe and supportive space to explore his or her emotions. Dr. Becourtney has an excellent temperament for working with clients with complex anger. He is patient, kind, and empathetic, which lays the groundwork for helping clients understand and cope with their anger.
