    The staff is welcoming and kind, office is clean. The Doctor and his nurses are great. When they talked with me they explained what I didn't understand and didn't seem to be annoyed when I asked a lot of questions. Doctor Lehman is a skilled physician that's why I have had more than two surgeries by him.

    I am still amazed that walking doesn't cause pain anymore! Dr. Lehman is so professional, friendly, and talented. My total knee replacement surgery was not a rehabilitative horror story that so many people told me it would be! I will be probably need the other knee replaced at some point.... there is no doubt who I will want as my surgeon! Thanks to Dr. Lehman and all the wonderful professionals at NEOS.

    Great doctor and NEOS are the best. All receptionists, staff, providers and everyone. Good group and nice professional team work. Happy to have Dr Lehman take care of my knees and my health. Excellent care and great group as well as their physical therapy staff at East Longmeadow. Greatest support and care.

    Dr. Lehman took time to explain his hip replacement procedure. He explained my hip situation then left it up to me as to what we should do. He has a very nice team working with him. I am happy in my surgeon choice.

    It was my first visit with Dr. Lehman. He showed me X-rays of my condition, explained his recommended solution and described the procedure in detail. He was timely, knowledgeable and said he had personally completed over 10,000 of these procedures. I left confident I was in very good hands and look forward to that day!
