(April 27, 2016, 4:14 pm)I worked with Andrea from 'Living Green and Loving It' recently and completely enjoyed her 6 month coaching program. She's a kind and informative coach who meets you where you are, and suggests gradually incorporating healthier habits into your lifestyle. I particularly enjoyed the concepts of "primary" and "secondary" foods-- meaning that other aspects of my life also nourish me---not just food. After working with Andrea for the six month period, I have continued to enjoy her cooking classes, as well as her other offerings. I highly recommend her if you are looking to feel more vibrant, lose some excess weight, or just come to terms with loving your body. Five Stars because the changes were truly life altering in such a good way. Every time I make breakfast I can hear Andrea saying "where are the veggies Janice?" Work with her; I guarantee you will love this woman!

Her gentle coaching style along with simple and delicious recipes have helped me to become a new person. I would recommend Andrea Tore to anyone who is looking to lose weight, get healthier and/or learn easy ways to make nutritious meals.
