  I needed my gutters cleaned. So I gave Joe a call and left a message. He got right back to me. Gave me a very fair quote and was at my house the next day to clean out the gutters! And he showed up right on time! Did a great job. Didn’t leave an ounce of debris anywhere. Joe is the real deal. He does what he says he’s gonna do and doesn’t give you the run around. I’m definitely sticking with Joe!

  Joe met me at my house on a very cold day in November said to me WE Will Fix This ill call you in May.
  I had my doubts since Covid the trades have been very difficult to deal with price wise and just showing up has been a nightmare!
  Joe called me May 5th told me he would see me next week.
  To the minute he was there we took down part of the ceiling checked the inside wall then hit it with the hose for about 30 minutes.
  Joe came to me said we will have you all fixed up I need to bring my copper flashing see you Friday.
  Two hours time he completed his work and his parting words were Be Sure To Call Me If anything leaks,
  I soaked it with the hose a few times Joe Aplus!

  Joe came out for a roof/gutter inspection and helped me figure out a plan to maintain my current gutters and roof to the best of my ability. I asked for new gutters at first, but he simply instructed me how to clean and fix them up so my current ones worked much better. Couldn't be happier with this level of professionalism and service.

  Joe and his team came out to inspect our home when I notice some cracking in our trim and seal. To our surprise when our home was purchased the flippers did not cover the exposed wood or caulk the seal. Luckily there was no water damage. Joe and his team quickly pointed out the errors and fix them. Great team, great service highly recommended.

  Amity Home Maintenance replaced our roof, siding and gutters. Joe responded to all calls and questions very quickly. He was very patient and took a lot of time walking us through our choices and making sure that we were comfortable with them. The crews were well supervised, professional, considerate and neat. The materials used and quality of the work done were both excellent. We are extremely happy with the new look of our house and it was all done for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend!
