We love this office! Everyone from the nurses to the receptionists to the doctor are wonderful. I also love how dr yencho never rushes you out of the office and always listens to your concerns and doesn’t push you into doing something you aren’t comfortable with for your child. He genuinely cares about your child’s well being and doesn’t just push unnecessary medications. He is the best !
Dr. Ram’s office is just amazing! Especially the office manager. She’s so pleasant to interact with and it’s important to feel comfortable and welcomed when visiting a doctor's office. Dr. Ram's office has done a great job at creating a positive environment. Dr. Yencho is a wonderful honest paediatrician who always makes a point of educating and keeping me informed as to any medical concerns. Would highly recommend Ram Peds and staff.
Every single person in this office will treat your children like family. Both my kids (age 2 and 4) love Dr Yencho and staff. They ALWAYS get my kids in when they aren’t feeling well and make sure they are comfortable and taken care of. I have never met a more kind & caring office. I would 100% recommend their office to anyone looking for a new pediatrician!
They are so down to earth! I love everyone here they treat my daughter so well and are so supportive and proactive. Just moved here from New Jersey and they have made my transition so flawless. Amazing pediatricians!!
I can't say enough about the wonderful care my children have recieved from Dr Rams office. Dr Ram passed away a number of yrs ago, and my kids have seen other Drs from this practice that also work in Hartford. They are such a great group of physicians. My children have been patients since they were 4 years old and they've always treated my now 20 yr old kids in such a caring professional and empathetic way. They always made my kids laugh and feel at ease, and they always looked forward to getting a Dum Dum lollipop or sticker after their appt was done. Dr Yencho is now the Dr there and has been for a few yrs. He is great with the kids from young, to teenage years, and has a wonderful personality and is a very smart physician as he makes a diagnosis of the children's issues. Basima and Mrs Ram are such dears, and they always greet us with a smile. The amount of work they handle on a daily basis with insurance, appts, forms etc is very involved, and they are still always pleasant and wonderful to interract with. I personally feel I have formed friendships with the staff and I could call at any time and they made time for my kids. We have always felt valued and important, no matter what the reason we came to the office for. They are simply the best. We will miss all of the wonderful staff at this office, and have a special place in our hearts for all of these great people. If you are looking for a pediatrician I recommend their office without hesitation! You will feel your children are in good hands and will receive the best care!
