(November 28, 2022, 4:11 pm)Beautiful park smack in middle of a regular Brooklyn block. Tons of space to sit and relax, park is usually empty/very few people at all times of day, park is also open 24/7 (officially its 6am - 1am). Interesting rock with historical references in middle of the park, if your nearby definitely recommend checking out. If you go on a clear night you are able to see a few stars above 🤩 but not too many :/.

(November 22, 2022, 5:39 am)Such a DOPE park! It's the best environment for puppies. I never appreciated this park until I took my dog there. Park is really, really amazing...for those with pets. Or not. Up to you.
The waterfall fountain is an excellent addition. I never entered this park until puppy 🐶.
Wow! One of Brooklyn's (East Flatbush) best kept landmark and/or secret 🤔...if you didn't know ♥️...now you know 😉 -

(October 17, 2022, 1:42 pm)Amersfort Park is a nice little getaway in the heart of East Flatbush. There are plenty of benches to sit on, and a beautiful fountain to add to the picturesque ambience. There are no play grounds here, but that's fine if you're just looking for some peace and quiet. Paerdeget Park has the playground and ball field, and is only about two or three blocks away from Amersfort. The benches can use some work though, and so can the picnic tables, and most garbage cans were overflowing. There was also trash littered around certain spots, but not enough to ruin the serenity completely. A good cleanup and replacement of benches/tables would do wonders! Definitely come here! Even if it's just to walk by!
