(August 13, 2021, 4:19 pm)The whole team at Ameritechnology was super helpful and professional in ordering and delivering my Canon large format printer. The most difficult aspect was the delivery of the unit to the second floor of my house up a narrow stairway with a complicated bend at the top. Not only did they think everything through carefully but they brought enough manpower and took the time to do it right, after which they completed set-up procedures and made sure the machine was working properly. This was a far cry from a previous experience with a different vendor, who just left me to my own devices in uncrating and setting up the printer, which weighs nearly 300 lbs.

The technicians are wonderful, polite, and always know what they are doing. They always come the same day that we call them. In emergencies they are always helpful. I would recommend this company to everyone! They are Great!!!
