  Jayne Sneath is wonderful and was extremely helpful in determining a good health plan for my current needs. Not only is she professional, Jayne took great care in answering any questions. I genuinely appreciated her helpfulness and kindness as I had been caught off guard with my employers sudden end date of my coverage.

  With many types of plans and lot of finer details in each plan, it can get confusing sometimes. To figure cost sharing costs, or assess closely two similar plans can become daunting. Amerihealth agent, Gloria helped me in deciding the right plan for me based on the medical necessities of my family. She took time to explain my cost sharing, deductibles, understanding my total out of pocket expense. She also returned my call next day after verifying coverage of medicines and the forms i need to fill out to start the process. She was thorough, very detailed in her work. I am glad I got connected with her.she did not rush, was very patient in answering all my question. I would recommend her 100%, She does all the work for you. Thank you Gloria for all your help.

  I had Katherine K. today assisting me with all my questions and worries about insurance and Dr. visits with specialists. She was so helpful, so patient and detailed when searching for options that work best for me and my needs. I have never felt more comfortable while shopping for anything, let alone health insurance which is a little intimidating. If only everyone in customer service could be this detailed and sweet!!
