(May 31, 2023, 6:58 am)We had 2 stairlifts installed Monday..super pleased. Will and his assistant, Chris were professional upon the initial consultation to the installation process. Will explained everything to us from start to finish. He had us go onto the lifts to make sure we were ok with the lifts. Both he and Chris were patirnt with our concerns,answered our questions in detail,worked with us in the installation process from start to finish. They were prompt in both the consultation, installation and called if detained.
I highly recommend this company.
I gave a 4 star simply because no one is perfect,thrre is always room for improvement. Thank you -

(September 17, 2020, 5:09 pm)What a wonderful experience with American Lifts and Service, let’s face it we all need a little help as we navigate this aging process but when I found myself at the bottom of the basement steps with a broken leg it was a bit late to install the much needed equipment, procrastination is one of my strong suits Ahem anyway calling Will at American Lifts and Service was perfection a time to come to the house was scheduled to measure the area and a written estimate was provided (which by the way was very competitive with others I had been looking into), His Professionalism and character impressed me so I agreed to the estimate. Installation was flawless and now I am completely safe when I need to go into the basement. If you need a little help don’t wait like I did give Will a call they will treat you right.
