  We hired American Dream for an installation of an in wall air conditioning unit, attic pull-down stairs and attic flooring, a wall repair and trim, and a deck repair. All jobs were completed to our satisfaction and David and his crew were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend American Dream!

  I had American Dream Contracting help me with my pool deck that was over 20 years old and rotting. Their professionalism was second to none. Within a week I had new footings and the deck was rock solid. I won’t hesitate to call them again for other jobs. I plan on using them this winter for some indoor work.

  I used American Dream to remove an old drop ceiling and install drywall between the home's original 150-year-old beams. Although this was a somewhat unconventional project, David immediately recognized my vision for the home without me even having to fully explain it (which was something that no other contractor I contacted was able to do). This was my first home improvement project as a first-time homeowner, and I couldn't be any happier with the professionalism and expertise David and his team brought to the project. I cannot recommend American Dream enough and will be definitely giving them a call again the next time I need something done around the house!

  David and his crew not only come off very friendly, polite and informative but they have incredible experience when it comes to detail, stability and durability when it’s comes to the work they give there customers.
  
  Being a new homeowner leads to allot of fixes and improvements you would like to make, we wanted a concrete pad island in our backyard for the outdoor furniture and something our kids can play on and we also needed a new stairway leading to the backyard. American Dream Contracting gave us a fair price you couldn’t beat because the end results was solid, everlasting craftsmanship. The kids are happy, we are happy and we will keep ADC as our FIRST solution to any of our needs for home improvement

  I would highly recommend American Dream Contracting. They did a great job on replacing my bay window. A fantastic job on matching up with the existing cedar siding on my home. They careful of my shrubbery and cleaned the area up nicely.
