(September 2, 2023, 6:11 pm)I love Amedeo's. The whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The service is always fantastic. The food is delicious. I was upset when they were closed for vacation because I was craving their veal parm. It was worth the wait when they were back.

(August 21, 2023, 10:58 pm)What is there to say about Amedeo's... The food is spectacular, huge portions. Always cooked to perfection. Staff is friendly and fun and attentive. The dining room is beautiful and comfortable. This is a hidden gem in Holyoke. You won't be disappointed!

(December 23, 2022, 2:35 pm)I came here because I had a gift certificate from my workplace not thinking much of it. But when I started to receive service, it was on point. Our server was amazing. He seemed like the only waiter on the floor however, was still able to manage to tend to all tables in a friendly and timely manner. He did a great job providing recommendations for our meal as well. Separate from our waiter the restaurant is well maintained and clean.
For the food, Honestly I was concerned at first because my pasta didn’t come with any sauce. But that didn’t matter. My dish was very tasty, cooked to perfection. The pizza was great as well. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.
