My stars have gone up due to the downs I docked them for a few years ago was due to the maintenance staff and getting things completed right . Kara is always sweet and but old maintenance was lazy and always made a mess . New maintenance Mike gets things done right , is courteous and personable and cleans up after himself . Still think the apartments are well sized and value for the money.

(October 26, 2022, 8:26 pm)I have lived in Amber Grove for 13 years. I have had my ups and downs living here. When Kara took over in the leasing office It was the Best thing that happened to this place. She is attentive responsible trust worthy And A hard worker! The maintenance staff is great as well. Mike who is currently The maintenance worker is probably by far the best maintenance worker Amber Grove has had. If I ever have a problem he comes very quickly and always resolves my problem. Amber Grove definitely has a great team going!
My only complaint I have right now is I can’t stand the paint on the front door.
I find it hideous and it’s very hard to see the house numbers now. -

(December 13, 2017, 10:00 am)Wonderful apartment complex, Maintenance staff is amazing so friendly and helpful. Management had us choose if we wanted Amber Grove or New Hampshire commons because they own both! So we picked Amber Grove because we loved the townhouse and didn't really need a pool or gym but it is nice to know we can always transfer down the street if the future changes. In the building I live in parking has not been an issue so far, I can see some buildings having issues with parking. Overall I feel we found a great place to call home for a couple years.
