In response to S. McLeod's comment: She was not a paying customer, and would not commit to purchasing the stone from us. We provide custom artwork to all of our clients once a price is agreed upon, and a deposit is received. Without sticking to these guidelines, we would be wasting hours of our time on a project that would likely never come to fruition. We have an excellent reputation in this industry, and our portfolio speaks for itself.

While we think every customer is special, we treat each and every one the same and do not provide "extra special" treatment for some because they feel they are deserving of it.
