(August 16, 2023, 5:24 pm)A family function requires special elements to create lasting memories. Having a great caterer can make an experience like no other. The experience & attention to detail that Jaime & Grace bring to the serving table is incredible.
There isn’t anything they can’t do, we had a Hawaiian themed event & Amarante’s knocked it out of the park. They created a diverse menu of deliciousness that all of our guests are still raving about. Definitely going to call upon them again. -

(August 14, 2023, 10:07 am)Our wedding was Saturday, August 12th and Amarantes was absolutely incredible. I'll start with the grounds. The grounds were incredible. The deck was amazing, clean, and had an outdoor bar area. The reception room was breathtaking and spacious. Beautiful view of the water. The deck was perfect for apps, cigars, lounging. The food was incredible. From the steaks to the seafood and pasta station. As soon I stepped out of the limo- Darlene was there to greet me and wait on me hand and foot. She is an absolute gem and a pleasure to be around. She is hardworking and friendly and made our wedding magnificent. 5 stars all around. Thank you for giving us the wedding of my dreams.

(July 3, 2023, 8:45 pm)As a wedding professional and working in this industry now for about 8+ years I can tell you that we have worked with many venues across Connecticut and done hundreds of weddings all over the place. Amarante's is one of our favorite venues to work with because the entire staff is super friendly and welcoming ( even to the vendors who are working the event, this is not the case with some of the other venues we have worked with unfortunately ), The grounds are so well cared for and maintained and the venue itself is beyond beautiful and the sunsets are amazing!! You won't be disappointed!

I also got married here several years ago and remember how my husband and I were treated like royalty! The best day of my life! Thank you Grace and Jose!

(June 8, 2023, 9:39 pm)I really enjoy Amarante's, but let's be honest you're paying for the view. The food is fine, the drinks are fine. The view is amazing. Remember that, have a good time. Enjoy the view. Keep your expectations mid for the foods and drinks and it will be fine. They're not terrible, but they're not amazing. They're not winning any culinary awards, it's decent, but nothing spectacular. It doesn't have to be, because the view is just so nice.
