  I've have been going to Amanda for 6 months. I see her 2 times a week. Amanda is not just your average trainer. She works with your experience, she is open and honest. She's available almost 24/7 and is always there to answer any questions. She's helped me gain not only strength but heal a long term eating disorder and a bad relationship with food. She listens to you and creates a plan that's tailored to your goals, she's also open to feedback if you feel something isn't going as planned. I would recommend her a million times over to all ages and to anyone to start their journey. No experience needed she will help you wherever you need it. Amanda is a role model she can attest to a lot of things as she's an experienced professional who also workouts consistently.

  Amanda is the best! She truly cares about her clients and teaches ways to change your lifestyle in a sustainable way. She is so flexible with scheduling and so helpful whenever you need her. The best decision I ever made was training with Amanda!

  Amanda has been my personal trainer for 3 months. Her knowledge of nutrition and proper weight training is second to none. I have RESULTS!! I have confidence! I have muscles!! She explains in detail to me the proper technique and what muscles are used. I have learned so much already on nutrition too! This has been life changing for me.

  Amanda has helped me lose 45 pounds in about 7 months. She’s incredibly professional and truly knows what she’s talking about. Follow her plans and you WILL see results! Her one on one sessions in her private gym are intense, but she some how still makes it fun. Having Amanda as my personal trainer has truly been life changing and I’m so thankful for her!!!!!
