  It has been a pleasure working with Amanda. 7 Months of searching and we finally found the perfect property. Amanda was constantly sending us new listing she knew we would like and was always quick with answering our questions. Amanda even reached out after our closing to make sure everything went smoothly.It’s easy to see that Amanda strives to make her clients happy.

  Amanda was amazing! We literally saw the property New Years Eve weekend. She did all the arranging of viewing the property during the holiday being respectful to the sellers and myself and husband, the buyers. We traveled from 3.5 hrs away and she was gracious when we hit city traffic on one appt. Amanda was helpful from first view of property to the close. Giving as much info as possible suggestions, phone numbers to utility companies etc. on final inspection she gave us a bottle of local wine, a gift card for flowers and took a beautiful picture of us by our new home which we will cherish forever. She is prompt, friendly, honest and a hard worker- what more can you ask for in a real estate agent? I highly recommend her.

  Where to start first of all five stars is not enough 10 Stars would be better. I have nothing but praise for Amanda she is thorough thoughtful and extremely caring about her clients needs. No matter how many times they may change their mind about what they want and where they want to live always right there to fulfill any need or want they may have. Believe me when I tell you this I literally had her show me 60 different homes and all kinds of weather and all kinds of conditions and never once did she let me down always had. the information I needed or could get any question answered that I had. And when I finally found the home I wanted he was there to walk me through every situation no matter how stupid my questions were she guided me through the process and it could not be an easier on me . You don't have to believe me give her a call and find out for yourself you'll never have any regrets.

  Amanda was very helpful during the entire process of my home buying experience. She immediately reached out to me once I decided to go with the Real Estate company. She stayed in touch with me about homes, always responsive and did so with kindness and patience. When we hit hiccups, Amanda was VERY patient and supportive. She offered her help and assistance where ever needed. I wasnt embarrassed to let her know when I didnt understand something and she answered my questions with no problem. I appreciate Amanda's patience as we had extenuating circumstances and she stood by me as a customer. I think that is extremely important in a home buying process because I felt totally comfortable with Amanda. I have heard horror stories of agents and I am grateful to say that I didnt have that experience with her. I would recommend Amanda any day! I also would like to say the advantage I had is Amanda is familiar with the area's resources for contractors and other trades which was tremendously helpful!!
