Instead of making a unaffordable and reasonable repair to make a sale, General Manager Michell discussed alternative options based upon our preferences. Even offered to service a different model we may eventually purchase elsewhere. Truly exceptional experience. You won’t go wrong supporting.

(April 28, 2023, 9:49 pm)Worked with Michelle on purchasing a new vacuum. I didn't like any vacuums that I saw in the big box stores, (too heavy, too cumbersome.) Gave us a beautiful vacuum that is lightweight and perfect for my needs. I also dropped off my Singer 301 to get a tuneup. Randy had it ready five days later. Sews beautifully. (April 21, 2023, 7:45 pm)We brought our Kirby in for service because it wasn’t vacuuming like a vacuum should. It hadn’t been serviced for many years. We picked it up just a day or so after we dropped it off and it’s working like new. This wasn’t a replacement belt or brush or anything like that. It needed professional repair and A&M did a superb job! And at a fair price.

(February 14, 2023, 11:54 am)When you think of Ma & Pa businesses that still serve with equal amounts of high quality workmanship and friendliness, few can top A&M Discount Vacuum. We brought our Dyson here for a long overdue repair. Their price was more than fair and the vacuum has never sounded or cleaned better.
These are good people. Cannot recommend this place enough!
