  Very impressed with Altra service. My CPAP machine was repaired under warranty and all I paid was shipping. The turnaround was very fast. I am very pleased.

  It is a little unnerving sending a piece of medical equipment away for diagnostic and repair. BUT, I will wholeheartedly recommend Altra Service. Fast shipping, full diagnostics and repair at a very reasonable price. They replaced the noisy motor in my Resmed S9, and shipped it back extremely fast. Again, I highly recommend Altra Service for CPAP repair.

  The service at Altra Service Professionals accurately reflected their name. I was ordering many medical supplies for a trip overseas and had to deal with a number of online companies. ASP from start to finish was the best. I needed a portable oxygen concentrator repaired after a lot of hard use. The website was easy to navigate, clear instructions on shipping equipment for repair, updates from Anthony I. in the Connecticut office was timely and the cost of the repair/service was fair. There was not one way I could think of to improve their service. They were Altra service professionals.

  Remarkable service. I entered my information online and a shipping label was generated. I dropped it off at UPS and two or three days later received an email that my unit had been received.
  
  I think it was a couple of days later I received a diagnosis of the problem with a price. I responded to the email, “approved.” An email was generated within minutes if I remember correctly that included a link to pay by credit card and quickly received a receipt.
  
  I’m forgetting the details. But I believe it was a day or two later, I received notification that the replies were done, along with a tracking number. Two or three days later the unit arrived back on my door step.
  
  I just remember being surprised by how quickly the process moved along and that there was a flat price that included all fees and shipping both ways. It’s clearly all taken care of by a fairly sophisticated CRM. It was kind of like an Amazon experience, but included two way shipping, agreement approval, billing, and repairs. And each step occurred before I expected it.
  
  I work in operations and really admire the efficiency and flawless execution. And, the machine works like new again! Really remarkable service! Thank you!

  Sent in my portable oxygenator for sieve replacement. UPS LOST IT! During two week period of trying to track it down I exchanged several emails and phone calls with Casidy. The experience was unbelievable from a positive point. I did not have to do all the calling and mailing - Cassidy mostly initiated the activity. HIGHLY UNUSUAL FROM MY EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES.
  Bottom line, though no fault of Altra they offered a highly generous resolution that allowed me to be able to replace the item. If the rating system went to 100 that's what I'd give Cassidy an Altra.
