  Alternative Closet Company came highly recommended and they did an amazing job custom designing and installing 2 closets for us. The entire process was smooth and efficient which we greatly appreciate. The design mock-ups after the free in-home consultation we’re invaluable and made it an easy decision for us. The install was quick and efficient and the best part was they left our home clean! We highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again to Sean and Edwin for a job well done.

  So this is going to be long but well worth it. My first experience with Joel, the owner of the company, was when I was a kid. My family moved into a new home and my parents got in touch with Joel to custom design our closets. He sat down with each of my siblings for as long as we needed and helped us design our own closets in our own rooms however way we wanted it. He was so patient dealing with kids, very calm, understanding and super helpful. Lived in that house a long time and I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed, how practical, and how great the quality of our closets were.
  
  Almost 10 years after that I got married and moved into my own home and we needed to design closets for the whole house. We're talking over 6 closets, mudroom, pantry, coat closets, everything. No doubt in my mind my first phone call was to Joel. Funnily enough he remembered me and my parents house. He helped us design every inch for every closet in the house. The time he put in, to help us customize them all to our likings, helping us determine colors, layouts, everything, it was such a pleasure to work with Joel again. You can tell a lot about his business and his character by the time and effort he puts into every little detail with patience and respect to go along witht his reasonable price and exceptional quality. When we have people over, one of the things they pick out the most is how awesome and well designed our closets are, especially the mudroom for the kids and our pantry.
  
  A year after we moved in, my wife decided to rearrange her closet and realized she needed more shelves. I called Joel to ask him about it, right away without hesitation he said no problem, got me in touch with his office and they shipped out to me multiple shelves to work with.
  
  Dealing with first time home owners is not an easy thing, not for the home owner and especially not for the people who are providing the service. Joel and his team were such a breathe of fresh air during the whole building process. I can't stress it enough what a pleasure it was to work with Joel again and I strongly reccomend Alternative Closets to anyone and everyone.

  I have used Alternative Closet for over 15 years and they are great. Pricing, service, quality are all an A+ . We have dealt with Joel and he is a pleasure. Great ideas, punctual, no pressure, and is a pleasure to work with. We have done both large and small projects (see photos) - book shelves in a nook for my daughter who is an avid reader and wanted to maximize space. They we made to our specs with a shallow depth and extra shelves and pins were provided as always. I look forward to my next project with Alternative Closet.

  Alternative Closet was the best experience I have had with any company in years. They sent a designer to my house to measure not just the closet space but all of our clothing as well. The designer Bobby was just a pleasure to deal with and Laura in the office was just amazing to deal with. The installer showed up within the time frame I was promised and he was a craftsman. He did a fabulous installation being careful not to damage anything. Now on top of all that the pricing was great too. Thank you all
