  Julia Marceca of Altair Health is a very competent, pleasant and caring physical therapist. She provided me with excellent demonstrations and guidance of the various exercises prescribed for my post surgical physical therapy. In addition, she also provided written instructions of those exercises to me for ongoing reference as well. I would recommend Julia to anyone in need of physical therapy based on my experience.

  The directions to the building was easy to follow, but once you get there, the office was not as easy to get to. There should be better signs directing you to the Altair Health office entrance for patient doctors. I parked where I thought was the entrance, but there was a small paper taped to the glass window that could only be seen up close the that entrance was around the corner of the building. I'm handicap, so I parked in the appropriate spot, I was afraid to move in case there were no spots around the corner. Which, I was correct, no handicap spots were available. So walking around the building was kind of tough.
  
  I gave 5 stars because everything else was nice, receptionist, waiting, office & doctors.

  Janelle Giresi, my physical therapist is a well known Physical Therapist at Altair Health Physical Therapy at Altair Health and Spine and Wellness Center in Morristown, NJ, specialized in physical therapy for treatment of back and neck pain, pre- and post surgical conditions.
  
  I first met Janelle Giresi at my initial physical therapy session for my left low back post lumbar spine surgery condition. She spent time carefully took my past history, and my chief complaint
  of low back pain. After familiarized to my individual condition she selected a group of specific exercise techniques for the treatment of my back pain. Janelle is a friendly, personable, kind, caring, gifted person, I felt I was in the hand of an experienced therapist at that first session.
  
  Each time I walked into the Physical Therapy Center I was greeted cheerfully by Janelle and her group of associates, and Office Staffs. Janelle observed carefully how I walked into the center, reviewed my progress and specific problems before each therapy session, and instructed in great detail and clearly how to excercise each program properly, and make sure I exercise correctly, and effectively, without sign of intolerance, or discomfort. In addition to various back pain rehabilitation therapy exercise techniques, Janelle spent a great deal of effort to apply massages and manipulations to relief my individual specific problem of right leg heaviness, stiffness, and tightness. For each, and every physical therapy session I received a great deal of individual attention for my specific condition.
  
  I was fortunate enough to have Janelle Giresi as my rehabiltation physical therapist. Janelle is an experienced, friendly, kind, caring and gifted top physical therapy specialist, I have no hesitation to recommend any one to have physical therapy with Janelle at Altair Health and Spine and Wellness Center in Morristown, New Jersey.

  I was very pleased with the help and guidance I received to deal with the post procedural pain I experienced. I have been feeling much better and plan to look into better balance therapy as soon as I catch up with my regular dental and doctors' visits. Extra Strength Tylenol has been the only pain medication I have used. Thank you again for your help.
