The crew at Al's has been servicing our fleet of vans for over a decade. Being we run a very busy service company, when a van goes down, we are out of business until it's back in service. The guys understand that, and when something goes wrong with one of our trucks, they are always on top of things and get us back on the road as fast as possible. Pricing is always fair and they stand behind their work. I highly recommend them!
My wife and I were looking for a good, inexpensive, reliable used car and I did what most people in our position do, turned to Craigslist. I encountered scammers, cars that look better online than in person, and more shady dealer ads than you can shake a stick at. One that stood out though was a car at Al's Service Center. Its hard to put a price on honesty and integrity, Al has it in spades. We went and looked at the car, he told us everything that was wrong with it, what he had fixed and what still may need to be done. The car was 15K away from needing a timing belt, I mentioned this to him and he put a new one in without any argument! On top of it all, he gave us a 12 month warranty on the car, who does that? Ill tell you: nobody. He was such a straight shooter that my wife pointed out I was almost buying the car because I liked him more than the car itself. Its refreshing, after visiting so many slimy used car lots, to have found a guy who tells it like it is, stands behind his product (one of the places we looked at offered a 30 day 50% off parts/50% off labor warrantee, which in my opinion is incentive to sell you a crappy car to continue to make $ off you) and has quality merchandise.
I would absolutely buy from him again, and have been telling my friends and family the same.
