  Finding a mechanic you can trust is very difficult its so easy to get taken advantage of when you dont know anything about cars. I was refered to Al Auto Care and i was told hes honest and has good mechanics. I live in East Windsor and his shop is in Brick but i paid the money and towed my car there. I dealt with the owner Andrea and he went above and beyond in helping me with my vehicle. I have 2011 BMW 328i and it wasnt starting. I thought it was the starter but it ended up being the timing belt which is a very expensive fix. Andrea instead of just giving me a price and telling me how much its gonna cost to fix he on his own researched the factory warranty on my vehicle and called BMW dealership and was able to determine my car was still covered under warranty, and i was able to get my car fixed for know fee at BMW dealership. Andrea instead of taking advantage of the situation went the other way and saved me money. Thx u im so grateful i definitely will be recommending Als Auto Care.

  Al's Automotive are the Absolute Best!!!!! Brett was so nice and listened to my description of my car problems...Brought my Mini to another repair shop and had a corroded fuel rail replaced and I had problems with my Mini ever since... Brought it to Al's and they determined that hoses from above repair were not reconnected properly... Not only did they fix the problem but they we honest and did not even charge me a penny even though they spend a good amount of time working on the Mini.
  They restored my faith with their honesty and they earned my busy for life....
  Do not bring your car anywhere else!!!

  This is by far the best shop around. Only friendly, high knowledgeable mechanics who work as a team to get any job done work here. I brought my audi a6 in for a mysterious air leak and they were quick to fix the problem. I had even brought the car to a shop previously and they couldn't find anything, but Al's repair shop never fails! The only shop I could confidently bring my car and know that it is getting A+ service.

  Andre and Brett were amazing! I will be recommending this shop to everyone who needs a mechanic. I took my car here after I had a long drawn out disaster of an experience with a previous mechanic that held my truck hostage for nearly 3 months while giving me the “run-around”,and at times even ignoring my calls. The truck simply needed sensors changed. I couldn’t get straight answers from this other guy as to why the job was taking so long… Got the truck back paid 900$ I didn’t make it down the street before the light pops on… Due to the other guys incompetency…. I ended up needing a new engine on a BMW X5…. No one would take the job of figuring out the problem and fixing what the other guy messed up. ( went to 3 different places) It was Andre and the team who took on the job and got the job done. He was open, honest, professional, and very helpful. And it didn’t take him 3 months to get it done! 🙄 Thank you! I wont be taking my cars anywhere else but Al’s Auto

  First- I should mention how awesome Brett is. I feel bad I don’t know more of the guys’ names, but typically I interact with Brett.
  
  My family and I bring our cars here for any services needed. We trust Al’s because they have proven themselves trustworthy.
  
  Customer service is fantastic- they will have a Frank and honest conversation about what work needs to be done with priority, and what can maybe wait until the next servicing.
