  First thing I noticed when I walked in was all the smiles. I brought my board in for an overdue basic tuneup and a missing screw. They did a fantastic job with the wax and completely fixed a binding issue I had free of charge. A++ highly reccomend

  I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years and they never disappoint. Always a professional and timely experience for a competitive price. They don’t have the biggest selection of gear but they do a great job on hardware tuneups and gear fitting. Decent selection for rentals too and no janky beaters circa 1997 like some other shops will try to hawk off on you for a premium. I just wish there was actual snow so I could get on the mountain. I’m writing this review on February 20, 2023 and it’s 65 degrees Fahrenheit. So sad.

  Came into Alpine Haus last Fall for a bootfitting for my annoyingly complicated feet. The associate spent over an hour with me and I settled on a pair of new boots. After skiing about 10 days this year, I liked the new boots but also concluded they were one size too big. I broke an important bootfitting rule of thumb - if they're really comfortable in the store, they're probably too big. My fault - not theirs.
  
  Fast forward to today when I finally had an opportunity to do the 1 hr drive back up to Alpine Haus. It was fairly busy but once again the staff spent at least an hour with me and allowed me to swap out my pair for a brand new, different brand boot, one size smaller - at no charge. As others have said, it's worth whatever drive you need to endure. If you need new boots you will regret not buying them here.

  Went to Alpine Haus for a boot modification and they were absolutely tremendous. Andrew was incredibly helpful and provided me with a great deal of information on how to maintain my ski boots and other helpful tips. Always have a great experience going to Alpine Haus and this particular time was no different. Thank you again for everything!!!

  If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! The staff here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They spent a significant amount of time with me helping me find the perfect ski boot. As a beginner skier, I was so grateful for their patience and knowledge. I would absolutely recommend this shop.
