When I needed auto insurance she got me a quote quickly and was available to make adjustments quickly when the DMV needed me to change the start date. Then when I needed home owners insurance, when she couldn't underwrite the property herself, she found an agent who could and connected me to them.

I initially switched to them after finding out how much I was being over charged by my prior insurance broker.
