(June 8, 2022, 1:59 pm)I had a powerhead replaced in the beginning of March and from the start Jack was very easy to work with and upfront on what would be needed. The work was done quickly and I was back on the water. Fast forward to MDW and the new powerhead had a mechanical failure. I called on Tuesday and spoke with Donna who said to drop it off and they will work it in. I dropped it off on that Thursday and by the next Tuesday Jack called and said it was ready. I just picked it up and couldn't be happier with the service. I have been in the automotive industry for close to 20 years and most places that I have dealt with put warranty claims at the end of the line. Almars got it in and done quicker than I could have imagined.

(May 12, 2022, 9:22 pm)I bought a Mercury 150 from Jack on the phone in late winter or early spring. He helped me with the logistics of getting it to a Merc dealer near me as I had no trailer. Almars could not have been more accommodating and Jack went above and beyond to get me on the water this summer. I'm going back for my next outboard.

(March 11, 2022, 3:21 pm)Jack and Donna did an outstanding job! I ordered a 40 ept from Jack a month ago. He advised me of the 26 week lead time on getting it. Yesterday he calls me to let me know that he had one there a customer wasn't ready for yet. So i drove 140 miles to get it. Fast ,friendly service and very knowledgeable! Thank you Almars for the great experience! Mark B

(October 6, 2020, 12:02 pm)Great all around experience. I've re-powered 2 center consoles in the last 3 years. I checked pricing on Mercury from Delaware to south Florida and Almars was the best!.
I recently had my twin 250 Verados in for a 500 hour service and had another great experience. They got me in the next day and worked around my schedule. Didn't take more then a day or two and i was back on the water. Even had some warranty work covered for an improved power steering pump from Mercury that i was not expecting. I WILL be going back again. -

(July 17, 2020, 1:56 pm)Mechanic said it would be a couple weeks before they got around to my boat. Two days later it was done. Excellent service, called me every step of the way to get approval on certain charges. It's not over priced if you think about the professional service you're receiving. Dropped the boat off broken and came back running better than it did before.. Thank you for the quick service!
