  Super nice, competent, and thorough doctor. I was very nervous after having gone a very long time without getting my eyes checked up due to the pandemic (where I just relied on my glasses). She was incredibly nice and explained everything thoroughly. Really appreciated a thorough eye exam, contact lens fitting, explained things I should be aware of in the future with my glasses/contacts/eyes overall, offered ideas, offered samples, and was overall a very intelligent doctor. Wish the front desk person had a tad more patience with me, and the office could've used a little cleaning (it was a shared space maybe?), but overall an experience where I went in nervous and came out a lot less so. Really appreciated the doctor. Thanks!

  First timer, my Experience was very comfortable, Loved the Dr. She explained everything clear took her time and listened to All my concerns. 5 STARS PLUS you will definitely see me next year.

  She is very good Doctor and guide u right direction whatever its good for your eyes. I must recommend u to choose her. Friendly environment but some of the front desk representative keep u on hold for long when u call them.

  I’ve been going to Doctor Alma Jacobsen since I was 15 years old. I am 33 now. She is the kindest sweetest eye doctor ever. She is so good at what she does and you can tell she cares for her patients. I now bring my 13 year old and he likes her too. I love that we are both Mothers and can talk about motherhood. I’ve never had any issues. I highly recommend her services.

  Dr. Alma is friendly, professional, and takes the time to listen to any eye concerns that you have. Her new office location is great!--Very spacious and inviting, and very kid friendly. (Kids don't want to leave the play area.) The staff are cordial and are very good at explaining your insurance benefits to you, and laying out your options. I have been very satisfied with the glasses I ordered last year, and will be ordering contact lenses this year.
