  Brian is an excellent therapist and a genuinely kind man; who understands when it’s necessary to push you in the name of healing but will yield if something is too difficult. He’s become not just a person to lean on and receive understanding from, but a friend. The administration is efficient and responsive. No complaints; only compliments.

  I see Brittany and it has been a life changing experience. I started about a year and a half ago and we been working on military trauma, life speed bumps, and other things. Doing EMDR was nerve racking at first but once I saw the change in myself, it was amazing. It all gets worse before it gets better but the better is so worth it. Being a psych grad student lets me see the things I’m learning and the things I’m doing in therapy actually work and how life changing therapy can be. Highly recommend any therapist at Ally!!

  Very professional and casual setting. My counselor was always on time and was very friendly while helping me. 10/10 I will come back see them again.

  The Ally Psych practice is incredible! Finding a good therapist can be confusing and overwhelming, but Dr. Adam does a great job being available and providing guidance. He’s very compassionate and communicative. I’ve enjoyed all of my interactions with him. I was thoroughly impressed at how prompt he is in responding to inquiries. Dr. Adam is kind and patient. He took the time to explain to me about different approaches to treatment. He was genuine and made me feel comfortable in all our interactions. The rest of the Ally Psych team has incredible backgrounds as well and they are all very client focused.

  Dr. Jen is absolutely fabulous. Not only is she incredibly qualified and good at what she does, but she is also great with children and full of solid parenting tips, which have already made our lives much easier.
  
  The office is extremely comfortable, clean, organized, and fun for kids. I would heartily recommend this practice to anyone looking for relevant help.
