  I made a last minute appointment as I was suffering from the new jersey pollen season and having frequent asthma attacks. As an expat from London I was not used to the pollen season in NJ. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.Dr Roderiguiz was exceptional he carried out all the correct due diligence to help me get on the correct medication to provide me with mor comfort. I highly recommend this clinic. Well worth the drive from boonton

  Called in very last minute for an urgent appointment regarding prolonged sinus infection/issues and allergies. The kindest first floor office receptionist was able to work with me and squeeze me in for a same day appointment. I saw Dr Rodriguez. He was thorough, well explained, and made me feel comfortable. Especially meaningful during a time when doctors tend to treat you like an alien when showing any sort of sick symptoms mirroring covid, even when you do not have it. Already feeling an improvement on my medication and it’s only day 2. Looking forward to my follow up to help with chronic allergies. Glad I found this place!!

  I have been visiting Dr. Silverstein for quite some time. He recommended that I would be an ideal candidate for allergy shots. Initially I was hesitant due to the time commitment. I am about 19 shots into the process and am glad that I started. I have been feeling a lot better and the entire staff of the offices (both downstairs and upstairs where the shots are administered) are very helpful and courteous and make each visit as pleasant as possible. They explain the process to you, assist with scheduling, send reminders, and get you in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Although this treatment protocol will last for about five years, I know that I am in good hands and will always be greeted by a smiling and professional staff.

  My family and I have been patients of Dr. Silverstein and others in this group for more than 20 years. Therefore, I was mystified by the prior comments. My history with asthma was one of serioius hospitalizations and chronic breathing challenges...Every year I would be hospitalized and my health was deteriorating. A friend recommended Dr. Silverstein, and the transformation has been amazing.....from 1 to 3 hospitalizations (including intensive care, sub intensive care) every year before I met him, to NONE in the 20+ years since. I am now 73 and can walk quickly up and down stairs, be on my feet all day long, take long walks, use the tread mill....all with no issues. Life is GOOD. Dr. Silverstein recently suggested another medication, providing me with a multiweek supply first, to see if it would enable me to get off other medications....The results? I had an appointment today and have never felt better, with today's tests proving it.
  
  Our 30 year old daughter has nothing but great things to say about Dr. Silvertein and his staff, and only wishes that he had a practice in her area.
  
  I have had contact with several of the doctors in the Asthma & Alllergy Specialists Practice and each and every one of them has been wonderful to work with. They and the staff are thorough, friendly, and take the time to let their patients know that they are important to them.
  
  HERE IS A WONDERFUL EXAMPLE...Last year, I came down with the flu and Dr. Silverstein prescribed a medication, but asked me to check the pricing on it and make sure that it was covered under my plans and Medicare. Medicare did not cover it, and it was going to cost me more than $1200 out of pocket....Per Dr. Silverstein's request,I asked the phramacist to call Dr. Silverstein before filling it, which he did. Dr. Silverstein asked the Pharmacist if the drug was available in different strengths, which is was...so he requested a change, that the pharmacy fill the prescription with the lower strength, but triple the dosage...The result was that the cost of the drug dropped almost 90%!, and the increased dosage worked. This is a practice of individuals who REALLY CARE about their patient's outcome and pocketbook.....but the patient needs to ask questions and speak up if it is needed. I recommend Dr. Silverstein and Asthma & Allergy Specialists without reservation.....based on many years of care by him and them.
