I was able to schedule immediately after a last minute cancellation. My son was being extremely difficult and they were sweet and patient with him. Thoroughly explained potential scenarios with his dental needs and the next steps. Supportive and very knowledgeable on how to help in his case. Front administrative staff was courteous and searched system for best available appointments. Overall, I would definitely recommend this facility.
